From time to time, it also hosts film or music video shoots. This was recently the case. On Tuesday, July 25, its dining room hosted the film crew for Gims’s new music video.

Let’s note an amusing anecdote in passing. Before being allowed into the Pierre Charron Club, Gims, like everyone else, had to show his ID. To ensure it was indeed him, he was forced to remove his famous dark glasses, which he constantly wears.

Gims sold more than 5 million records during his solo career
Born Gandhi Djuna on May 6, 1986, in Kinshasa, Zaire, Gims first rose to prominence as a member of the hip-hop group Sexion d’Assaut. He then pursued a successful solo career, starting in 2013. His debut album, Subliminal, for example, sold over a million copies.
This was also the case for his next two albums (Mon cœur avait raison and Ceinture noire), which reached number 1 in France and Belgium, while reaching the top 40 in several countries on the European continent. Thus, he has sold a total of more than 5 million records to date.
It was recently announced that he will be performing in the United States in the fall of 2023 as part of his tour.

Inaugurated on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, the Pierre Charron Club was created by a passionate player familiar with the biggest international tournaments for players.
